A Global Pharmaceutical Company approached Arion for a Human Resource Management Application specifically targeted at Performance Management and Succession Planning. The solution was to be deployed across multiple Geographies. It also needed to be integrated with Legacy Systems already in place.
Arion has successfully implemented both the Talent Planning System(Succession Planning) and Performance Management Systems. The applications feature objective setting, performance evaluation, gradation and normalisation of scores, workflows, reporting and training needs.There are over 300 users of the Talent Planning System across 7 countries currently using the system. The Performance Management System is a multi-lingual enabled application that has gone Live in Mumbai, India and will be soon rolled out to multiple regions.
