Arion has developed a Corporate Intranet for a leading FMCG company. With branches all across India, the company wished to create an Employee Self Service Portal and through the Portal streamline administrative and HR process flows. The Intranet included features like Document Management, Reimbursements, Leave Processing, New Employee Induction, Discussion Forums, News Feed integration, Search and Personalisation. The Intranet is currently used by more than 300 employees across India. The Portal was integrated with swipe card systems and the Client's ERP system for employee data.
